STUFF I LIKE TO DO
So… here is the deal. For all those who’ve always wanted to know how I do some of the things I do. This series of videos are for you. As a WARRIOR FLOW INSTRUCTOR these are things you need to know so I’m pulling back the curtain and to the best of my ability explaining in detail the things that I do on a regular consistent basis.
This compilation of videos is based on the type of things that I do in my own informal training or things I do “repeatedly" when working with people. They are an outgrowth of the many questions I receive from WARRIOR FLOW INSTRUCTOR on the types of things that I do that are not necessarily techniques but attributes or traits.
These are the subconscious behaviors that I exhibit all of the time that I’m not aware of when I am doing them. I am only aware of them upon reflection after the fact! So, it is good that I get this stuff out there for you as quickly as I can.
They represent a distillation of many of what my Master, Grandmaster Tim Carron called “Purposeful Habits” that I have developed to the subconscious competence level of thought. Study them practice them but above all let them act as a guide of how you can develop your own set of traits or purposeful habits. Model the behavior but make them your own. These are the traits that will enable you to truly transcend your physical limitations for it is endless.
