You know, ever since the movie “300” came out there are a number of programs out there that are selling the whole “Warrior”, “Spartan Warrior” experience or whatever.

300 has created a cultural phenomenon which, has rekindled in a lot of people a yearning to return to the training in the warrior arts. I’m all about it!

Our instructors on average, have well over 30 years of training people in the Warrior Arts and will guide you in the ways of the warrior showing what is “The Art of the Possible”.

Our methods are based on the most unique training systems ever devised because the training focuses on developing your combative skills through natural “Universal Movement”. 

So, rather than train in overly complex movements, we will teach you skills through "Dynamic Principles”. Principles that emphasize natural body movement, which applies to all human beings so that you learn to move and perform better within the body you have.
